Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join our BPO team in a hybrid setup. As a Medical Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing for medical services provided.
In this role, you will be required to handle both front-end and back-end medical billing processes. You will verify insurance coverage, collect patient information, process insurance claims, and manage accounts receivable. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving any billing discrepancies and answering patient inquiries regarding their bills.
To qualify for this position, you must have a strong understanding of medical terminologies, coding systems, and insurance policies. Proficiency in using medical billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems is also required. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential in this role.
