Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated BPO Non Voice Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Non Voice Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, or social media platforms.
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Maintaining detailed and up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
- Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in written English.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
