Job Description
The BPO Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. This position is crucial in ensuring that all client requirements are met and that the team delivers exceptional customer service.
The main responsibilities of a BPO Operations Supervisor include:
- Managing and leading a team of BPO agents, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitoring performance metrics and providing regular feedback to team members.
- Handling escalations and resolving complex customer issues.
