Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a BPO Operations Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our operations team.
Your main duties will include conducting training needs assessments, designing training materials, delivering engaging training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. You will also provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
