Neolytix is a boutique Consulting and Management Services Organization dedicated to small & medium-sized healthcare providers across the U.S. Join our team and make a real impact!
We seek a BPO Process Trainer to:
- Manage trainee performance
- Guide and motivate trainees
- Monitor performance reports
- Conduct feedback sessions
- Implement need-based training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php33,00.00/month
Schedule: 8-hour shifts including evening and night shifts.
Experience in BPO (1 year required) is preferred.
