Job Description
As a BPO Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing and executing projects for our business process outsourcing team. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and high-quality results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating project plans, setting goals, and defining deliverables
- Coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements and understand project scope
- Assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring project milestones are met
- Monitoring project risks, resolving issues, and taking corrective actions
- Preparing and presenting project reports, updates, and insights to senior management
- Ensuring compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
