Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly dedicated and experienced BPO Quality Compliance Manager to join our team. As the Quality Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business process outsourcing (BPO) operations comply with all relevant industry regulations and meet the highest quality standards.

Your main duties will include monitoring and evaluating our BPO processes, identifying potential compliance issues, and developing and implementing effective strategies to address them. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our operations adhere to legal requirements and industry best practices.

To excel in this role, you must have a solid understanding of BPO operations, excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards, and strong attention to detail. You should possess exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and drive compliance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing quality compliance in the BPO industry
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliant processes and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
