Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BPO Quality Supervisor to join our team. With our company’s continuous growth, ensuring exceptional quality in all customer interactions has become a top priority. As a BPO Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of our customer service representatives to ensure compliance with company standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Monitor customer interactions through recorded calls, chats, and emails.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the team.
- Create and maintain quality performance reports.
- Coach and train representatives to improve their performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
