Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline with 2+ years of BPO/Call Center experience
- Familiarity with Information Security and Risk Management
- Experienced in ISO audit planning, implementation, and reporting
- ISO Certification and MS Office proficiency preferred
- Able to work in Alabang on a rotational schedule
