Job Description
As a BPO – Sales Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing efficient support to sales teams in a business process outsourcing environment. Your main tasks will include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will also collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
