Job Description
As a BPO Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of customer service representatives within our organization. Your main goal will be to ensure that the team meets and exceeds customer satisfaction targets and achieves operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our clients
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of team members
- Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with other departments to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
