Job Description
A BPO Team Manager is responsible for managing a team of professionals in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the team’s success in meeting client expectations and achieving organizational goals.
The BPO Team Manager’s primary responsibilities include:
- Supervising and guiding team members in achieving performance targets and quality standards
- Planning and organizing work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and managing resources effectively
- Maintaining close communication with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide timely solutions
- Implementing and improving operational processes, workflows, and protocols to optimize efficiency and enhance service delivery
- Providing regular performance feedback, coaching, and mentoring to team members to support their professional growth and development
