Job Description
As a BPO Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new and existing employees in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Your main duties will include creating training modules, conducting workshops, and evaluating the performance of trainees.
You must have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of BPO processes, and the ability to motivate and inspire others to excel in their roles. Previous experience in training or BPO operations is highly desirable.
