Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least two (2) years of experience as Trainer in a BPO company
  • Preferably, with background in Education, Learning & Development, or Instructional Design.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms, an advantage
  • Deep understanding of instructional design theory and learning principles
  • Must be willing work in Alabang
  • Amenable with shifting schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct training via various methods: in-person and online.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver training for both new hires and existing employees.
  • Lead in-person training sessions for new hires.
  • Provide individual feedback sessions for new hires and address any training gaps.
  • Assist in developing training programs.
  • Monitor how training aligns with job performance.
  • Actively learn skills across different teams.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive training documentation.
  • Develop and implement global processes for operational effectiveness.
  • Review training materials for clarity, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Analyze data for process improvement.
  • Manage translation and localization of courses.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for effective training solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php44,00.00 – Php54,00.00 per month
