Job Description
As a BPO Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new and existing employees in the BPO industry. Your main tasks include developing training materials, delivering workshops, and assessing the performance of trainees.
You will need to have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of BPO processes, and the ability to motivate and inspire trainees. Previous experience in a BPO environment and a proven track record of successful training programs are highly desirable.
