Job Description
The Trainer at Valor Global Inc. is tasked with enhancing employee productivity through training programs development and delivery.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supervise technical training.
- Conduct orientation sessions.
- Create training materials and brochures.
- Develop multimedia aids and presentations.
- Design testing and evaluation processes.
- Continually improve training programs based on needs analysis.
- Offer various training methods and leadership education.
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of Training Experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening, late, and night shifts.
- Monday to Friday workdays.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary.
Experience:
- TELCO TRAINER: 1 year (Required).
