Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced BPO Training Manager to join our team and oversee the training operations for our Telco account. As a BPO Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees in order to meet the demands of our Telco client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for both new hires and existing employees based on the specific requirements of our Telco account.
  • Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training plans to address knowledge gaps and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to create training materials and resources.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to improve employees’ technical and soft skills.
  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BPO training, preferably in the Telco industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Telco products, services, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
