Job Description
Role: Assistant Manager Operations
Location: MOA, Pasay, Philippines
Salary: PHP 37,00 max basic
Project: Travel Account
Language: English (Filipino)
Joining Date: ASAP
Headcount: 7
Must Have: Background in Global Distribution System, 2 years in the travel industry with the same position
Basic Function:
- Manage a team of travel counselors
- Implement customer engagement and strategic relationship management
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
Essential Functions:
- Evaluate processes and recommend improvements
- Provide strategic direction and leadership
- Identify revenue opportunities and drive process excellence
- Lead change management efforts and ensure high-quality standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: PHP 34,00.00 – PHP 37,00.00 per month
