Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Branch Admin Officer in our company. As a Branch Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative tasks of our branch office.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Managing and organizing office files and documents
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and strong attention to detail are also required.
