Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
To assist the work of Associates as needed
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in the timely deposit of branch Collection
- Assists end-to-end process of Delivery Receipt creation to Printing
- Assists printing of approved Authority to Pull out and Pull out scheduling
- Assists drafting of pulled out items
- Assists in updating One Portal for the Consignment ATPO status
- Assists in processing of Customer Order requests from MT accounts
- Assists in releasing accountable forms and updating in SAP
- Assists in preparing weekly DR transmittal and DR checking to FSPs
- Attends new training programs, improvements to be implemented in the branch
- Fill in for other Branch Associates

Educational Background: College graduate
Professional Experience: No experience needed
Skills Required: Proficient in Google Workspace
