Job Description
The Branch Base Marketing Assistant is responsible for attending walk-in customer inquiries, managing customer loan applications, follow-ups, and maintaining marketing materials in the branch. Basic qualifications include a degree in a business-related field, with 1 year of experience preferred. Knowledge in sales processes, marketing, customer service, and computer literacy is required. Skills in selling, interpersonal communication, and driving are essential. Desired competencies include being result-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused. This full-time position offers opportunities for promotion and benefits such as a 13th-month salary, anniversary bonus, and performance incentives.
