Job Description
The Branch Base Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional service for walk-in customers at our branch. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, overseeing the complete process of loan applications, following up on outstanding inquiries and referrals, and creating appealing displays of marketing materials and inventory within the branch.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must possess a degree in a business-related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred: 1 year of relevant work experience.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with sales operations, marketing, and customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and sales abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
