Job Description
The Branch Base Marketing Assistant is responsible for attending walk-in customer inquiries, monitoring customer loan applications, following up on inquiries, and maintaining marketing materials in the branch.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any business-related course.
- 1 year of related working experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Basic Sales Operational Process
- Marketing and Merchandising
- Customer Service
- Selling Skills (Traditional and Online)
- Interpersonal Skills
- Driving Skills
- Result-Oriented, Initiative, Attention to Details, Quality-Oriented
- Must be knowledgeable in MS Office Tools
Others: Amenable to fieldwork from time to time.
