Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.
- Good analytical skills and keen attention to details.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive, review Service and Parts invoices for accuracy and completion.
- Keeping track of all cash and credit transactions.
- Process Accounts Payables and Receivables.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and processing of journal entries.
- Collect daily reports like OR, Service/Parts Invoice to Cashier and Admin/Customer service.
- Filing Vat, ITR 1601 and 0605.
- Responsible for data entry, general accounting tasks, and clerical support to the Accounting Department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
