Job Description
Supervise over-the-counter transactions. Verify clients’ signatures on withdrawal and encashments and approve the same in the absence of the Branch Manager (BM).
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the cash level of the branch.
Process and check requirements for the activation of dormant accounts.
Check and verify transactions.
Override transactions from the teller requiring approval.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Hold main vault door combination, cash vault combination, and safekeeping of Accountable Forms (AF), maintaining logbooks for opening and closing of vault doors.
