Job Description
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locate merchandise, and provide information about promotions or special offers.
- Count and verify cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure proper balance.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions, including scanning items, applying for discounts or promotions, and processing payments.
- Keep up-to-date with current promotions, sales, and product offerings.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any issues or concerns.
