Job Description
Idona Cargo Express is seeking a dedicated Branch Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact between our branch and the head office. This role is crucial for managing administrative activities and ensuring smooth communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect payments from consignees
- Ensure timely deposits of payments
- Run errands as instructed by the Manager/Admin
- Perform various office tasks
- Check and monitor attendance
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 1 year in management preferred
