Job Description: The Branch Customer Service Head will oversee branch operations, including back office duties, and ensure smooth operations.
Educational Attainment: Graduate of Management Major in Marketing or any 4 years Business-related course.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years managerial and supervisory experience required.
Qualifications: Knowledge in Inventory Management, Process Documentation, 5s Compliance, and Customer Service Management. Skills in Administrative Work, Critical Thinking, and Strategic Planning. Competencies include Result-oriented, Initiative, and Computer Literate.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,560.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Additional leave, Health insurance, Opportunities for promotion, and more.
Schedule: 8-hour day shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary, Performance bonus
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
