Job Description
Orix Metro Leasing and Finance Corporation is seeking a dedicated Branch Field Credit Investigator and Appraiser to conduct thorough background and field checks of credit applicants. This role involves preparing timely reports for management, verifying the accuracy of information provided by applicants, and appraising collateral to determine appropriate asset valuations.
Duties Include:
- Compiling necessary reports rapidly
- Validating applicant information
- Providing objective collateral appraisals
- Managing responses to credit inquiries
- Assisting in collateral recovery efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Strong marketing and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
