Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Branch Head to assist the regional head and branch operations manager in achieving profit, performance, and customer service goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing branch services, reviewing staffing procedures, managing payroll, coordinating communications, ensuring compliance, preparing branch reports, and participating in personnel meetings.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle pressure with a flexible schedule.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to the work environment.
