Job Description
Graduate of Management, Operations, or any related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership and Business Operations.
- Accomplish target sales goals by setting expectations, planning actions, and enforcing policies.
- Achieve branch operational objectives by contributing to sales information, implementing plans, and ensuring quality standards.
- Meet branch sales financial goals by forecasting needs, analyzing budgets, and taking corrective actions.
- Establish sales objectives, maintain customer relationships, and suggest product improvements.
- Implement trade promotions, conduct sales analysis, and oversee delivery operations.
- Conduct spot checks, intervene as needed for performance improvement, and handle assigned tasks diligently.
- Willingness to relocate and report to the head office for training.
