Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Office or Administrative Manager or any related position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- With strong Salesmanship skills.
- Ability to generate Loan and Deposit Portfolios.
- Proficient in MS Software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible in offering all company products and services to clients which includes deposits, loans and other services.
- Ensure achievement of Deposit and Loan targets.
- Solicit, review, develop and manage client portfolio of accounts to deliver targets thru cross-selling of bank products and services.
- Responsible for marketing and generating loans based on assigned identified target market segment and lending directions of the bank.
