Job Description
Summary of Functions
Growth and profitability of Cody Marketing Corp.
Functions:
- Enhance and grow new business opportunities with established customers; develop new customers in the market.
- Generates sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operational aspects including distribution, logistics, and manpower.
- Leads, directs, and motivates the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Revises and implements sales strategies plans.
- Identifies areas of improvement and proposes corrective actions for employee and business unit growth.
- Assesses local market conditions and identifies current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Provides training, coaching, development, and motivation for personnel.
- Develops forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
- Manages budget and allocates funds appropriately.
- Monitors staff performance levels, provides feedback, and identifies improvement opportunities.
- Meet or exceed established business and profit growth targets; remain accountable for products.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- College graduate, preferably with a degree in business or a related course.
- Sales management, operation, and logistics management background or any experience with the same capacity.
- Leadership skills, strategic, analytical, and data analysis skills.
- Driver’s license.
- Market insight is a plus.
