Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our company as a Branch Manager. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our branch office.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising the branch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve branch sales targets and profitability goals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Monitoring market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Preparing and presenting reports to senior management on branch performance
