Job Description
Oversees the productivity of the branch and manages its day-to-day operations such as increasing sales and profitability, the efficiency of branch employees, employing excellent customer service, securing branch inventories/stocks, and ensuring its accuracy, and developing competencies of branch employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate with at least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in any retail or fast-food establishment;
- Has strong work commitment; hardworking; flexible and able to communicate effectively.
