Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Oversee branch productivity, manage daily operations, increase sales, ensure efficient employee performance, provide excellent customer service, secure inventories, and develop employee competencies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily store operations
- Ensure branch profitability and sales
- Secure branch inventories
- Provide excellent customer service
- Report management
- Mentor and coach team members
- Manage store schedules
- Provide updates to Area Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate with a bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years managerial experience
- Immediate start
- Willing to be based in Davao Branches
