Job Description
A Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of a specific branch or location of PC Express. They are in charge of directing and managing the staff, ensuring the branch meets its financial goals, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The key responsibilities of a Branch Manager include:
- Setting and implementing sales targets and goals for the branch
- Supervising and guiding employees, including conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and support
- Monitoring financial activities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
- Interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets. A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is typically required, along with several years of experience in a managerial role.
