Job Description
A Branch Manager is a key position within RESTAURANTCONCEPTS GROUP, INC. that oversees the day-to-day operations of a specific branch. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to efficiently and effectively manage the branch’s resources, personnel, and client base.
The key responsibilities of a Branch Manager include:
- Developing and implementing branch business strategies and objectives.
- Ensuring the achievement of sales and revenue targets.
- Managing and motivating a team of employees to achieve performance goals.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
- Monitoring branch activities, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
