JOB DESCRIPTION
The Branch Manager shall be responsible for Game Park (Bowling Center) operations that will enhance customer satisfaction by providing a total entertainment package, up-to-date equipment & facilities, and excellent customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 3 years of managerial experience preferably gained from customer service-oriented industries.
- Possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, high attributes of initiative, excellent leadership, keen on details and with a good sense of judgment.
- Willing to work during weekends and holidays.
- Candidates are willing to be assigned at SM City Santa Rosa, Laguna.
