General Job Scope
- Drives and manages the overall restaurant operations including achievement of sales, profit, and quality targets and at the same time, motivates and builds team capability. Strengthens brand equity by building a network within the retail trading area.
Job Description
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in HRM, Food Tech, and Nutrition.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
- Technical Skills or Competencies: Can interpret and analyze the Profit and Loss statement, has a basic understanding of simple financial ratios, cost management, people management, planning, leading, organizing, controlling, written and verbal communication, computer literate, and business acumen.
- Essential Traits or Competencies: Ability to lead, guide, and develop people, ability to plan and organize resources to implement good service, ability to deal with customers’ needs and complaints, ability to coordinate effectively with other areas of the restaurant, ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and superiors.
- Willing to be assigned around Cebu.
