Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Branch operations, Sales & Marketing
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for directing all operational aspects of the branch, including sales & marketing, loan disbursement, collection, customer service, & administration, in accordance with Welcome Finance, Inc. Philippines’ objectives.
- Facilitate market research & planning
- Explore and develop marketing channels
- Manage the branch sales numbers and reduce delinquent accounts
- Responsible for achieving loan gain profit objectives through direct marketing activities and other sales support undertakings
- Develop reciprocal business relationships with existing agencies and their office personnel and officials
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
- Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Branch Head: 5 years (Preferred)
- Financing industry: 3 years (Preferred)
