Job Description
The Branch Mechanic is responsible for providing administrative and technical services to all motorcycle unit customers. This includes service and repair tasks. The Branch Mechanic will also be in charge of implementing and administering promos and activities related to motorcycle service.
Candidates for this position must be at least high school graduates. They must have a technical certification for motorcycle service from an accredited institution or be able to pass the trade test of the company with approval from an authorized manager.
- Provides technical services, such as repair and troubleshooting, to all motorcycle unit customers.
- Ensures proper use of service tools and materials in accordance with company policy.
- Responsible for ensuring that branch customers acquire motorcycle service in branch service hubs.
- Provides recommendations and advice to motorcycle unit users on proper use and troubleshooting of motorcycles.
- Coordinates with Branch Head for all marketing initiatives for service, including administration of promos and marketing strategies.
- Makes sure that all service tools are properly arranged and safeguarded.
- Maintains cleanliness in the service hub and properly disposes of waste that occurs after conducting unit service.
- Motorcycle Mechanics with NC II Small Engine/Motorcycle Servicing certificate holder are preferred.
- Having at least 6 months of experience in Motorcycle Mechanic activities is an advantage.
- Must be customer service-oriented, dedicated, and a team player.

Salary: From Php610.00 per day
