Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implements and sets up global standards for Yamaha 3S Shop service guidelines.
- Gathers service documents, judgments of warranty claims, and updates for any warranty issues and concerns.
- Initiates promotional events, including service marketing activities to reach Yamaha Dealers and Customers, especially in remote areas.
- Improves customer service by increasing the degree of professionalism in all Yamaha 3S Shops.
- Performs market surveys, analysis, competitor activities, and promotional events.
- Educates all Yamaha 3S Shop’s dealers and staff on warranty procedures and service operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have technical knowledge in Automotive and Motorcycle technology.
- Must possess at least Automotive Servicing NCII and/or any related certificates.
- Preferably with experience in handling warranty and repairs in the motorcycle industry.
- Willingness to travel and be assigned in different areas within Mindanao.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
