Job Description
The Systems & Methods Officer (Policy & Process Development) will play a crucial role in supporting policy development in key areas. This position primarily involves contributing to the Stores Operations Group and Systems & Methods policy initiatives by conducting research, developing policy positions, and producing comprehensive reports.
Key responsibilities include evaluating the impact of new policies, developing updates based on regulations, enhancing existing procedures, and serving as a liaison for policy review with management. Additionally, the officer will monitor compliance and identify opportunities for process automation.
