Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Branch Operations Staff to join DES FINANCING CORPORATION. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, ensuring timely resolutions to issues and providing support throughout the loan process. Responsibilities include:
- Timely resolution of customer inquiries
- Accurate documentation for loan applications
- Operation support to branches and account management
- Maintain professional appearance in all interactions
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift. Experience in branch administration or operations is preferred (1 year).
