Job Description
- Team-up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Filing of documents and encoding in the system for proper monitoring
- Management of petty cash fund inside the branch
- Release of clients loans
- Checking the compliance of loan release documents
- Strategize sales approach to effectively bring in new clients
- Strategize marketing approach to effectively bring in new Loan Consultants
- Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Recruitment of Loan Consultants
- Reports to management on progress and issues within the branch.
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
- Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Secretary: 1 year (Required)
