Job Description
Philippine Business Bank is seeking a Branch Service Manager to oversee branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accounting accuracy, and submit timely AML reports to Head Office. The incumbent will act as the branch Compliance Coordinator and Controller, supervising daily workflows, enforcing internal controls, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in branch operations or an equivalent banking role.
- Locations: Davao–Toril, Antipolo–Masinag, Dagupan, CAMANAVA area, and Tarlac area.
