Job Description

The Branch Services Officer is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including teller services, vault/ATM operations, account openings, and TD transactions. You will adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure passing Internal, Compliance, and BSP audits.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely investigation and reporting of AMLA alerts, STR, CTR, infractions, fraudulent activities, and other related matters.
- Review and approve select transactions you did not process, such as account openings, account maintenance, joint signing of MCs with another officer, etc.
- Engage clients to open new accounts and explore growth opportunities through cross-selling and account consolidation, providing exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in branch banking, specifically tellering and new accounts, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Willingness to be assigned to PBCOM Dasmariñas Branch – EVY Bldg., Molino-Paliparan Road Salawag, Dasmariñas, Cavite.
