Job Description
Job Description :
- System Data Entry
- Assists customer orders and inquiries
- Order/Stocks Replenishment
- Report variances and correction of stock qty
- Collections of due accounts
- Deposit Collections (cash and checks)
- Monitoring of customer orders/coordination
- Monitoring of Accounts Receivables / Monthly Report
- Petty Cash Monitoring and Replenishments
- Monitoring of Office Supplies and other needs
- Processing of Permits and Licenses
- Building monitoring of rental payment and tenant concerns
Requirements :
- Graduate of any Business course
- Experience in sales analysis
- Proficient in Excel and office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Marketing Head or sales-marketing field is an advantage
- Strong leadership and management skills
