Job Description
FOODBASKETS, CORPORATION is looking for a dedicated Canteen Branch Supervisor who will be responsible for the following:
- Training canteen staff.
- Managing canteen staff’s work schedules.
- Conducting regular inspections of the canteen kitchen to ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are met.
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to comply with food health and safety regulations.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring adequate stocking of food supplies and canteen essentials.
- Managing the canteen’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in supervising restaurant, canteen, concessionaire, or commissary operation
- Bachelor’s Degree related to Food Industry is an advantage
- Background in Food Industry
- Willingness to be assigned in Antipolo City
